COOKIES
  1. Most websites that you open in your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and so on) save the so-called cookies in your user account on the computer or phone that you use to connect to the Internet.  Our website also uses this possibility (it will hereinafter be referred to as the “Website”). Cookies are useful. They make it possible to remember individual settings related to some functions of the website that you would not be able to use if you disabled cookies.
  2. Cookies are text files stored on the device of the Website user. Their function is to help visitors use the Website.
  3. The entity that stores cookies on the final device of the Website user and has access to them is the Website operator - SINCO Sp. z o.o. (Polish limited liability company) with its registered office in Łódź, at the following address: ul. Krańcowa 65, entered into the business register maintained by the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000159968, with NIP no.: 727-25-89-996 and REGON no.: 473151853.   
  4. Programs used to view web pages (web browsers) allow to store cookies on the user’s device (final device) by default. Using the Website without changing cookie settings means that cookies will be stored like that. Each Website User may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in such a way as to disable automatic cookie processing in browser settings or to inform the user each time they are saved or each time there is an attempt to save them.   5. If for some reason you think that storing cookies on your device violates your privacy, you can change cookie settings at any time or disable cookies for a specific website or all websites in your browser.
  6. Below, we show you how to change cookie settings or disable cookies in the most popular browsers:

     

    FIREFOX

    Go to “Menu”, choose “Options” and then “Privacy&Security”. The browser allows you to decide that you do not want to be tracked at all or to delete individual cookies stored by specific websites.

     

    INTERNET EXPLORER

    Go to “Tools”, choose “Internet Options” and then the “Privacy” tab. By using a special slider, you can adjust the privacy level. If you click on “Sites”, you can change settings for individual websites.

     

    CHROME

    In the top right corner of the browser there is an icon with three vertical dots, click on it to access the menu. Then choose “Settings” and “Reset settings”. Apart from the possibility of clearing cookies, there is a link saying “More information” which will lead you to a detailed description of the browser’s privacy function.

     

    OPERA

    Use the “Opera” button in the top left corner, open the menu, choose “Settings” and then “Clear history”. Apart from the possibility of clearing cookies that have already been stored on your device, there is also a button “Manage Cookies” which will take you to more advanced options for individual websites. 

     

    SAFARI

    Choose “Safari” menu, then “Preferences” and the “Privacy” tab. There you will find cookie options. In order to learn more about cookie options on your phone or tablet, please check the manual of a given device.

     

  7. If you erase, limit or disable cookie support, some functions of our website might be lost.
  8. Cookies are used on the Website to:
  • a) compile statistics which e.g. support search engine optimization, thus making it easier for the user to obtain desired information;
  • b) change what the Website looks like or change its version and adjust it to the user’s operating system or browser;
  • c) save session data (they expire when the session is over);
  • d) guarantee access to some sections of the Website, e.g. those protected by a login system;
  • e) remember information given by the user;
  • f) make information and marketing content more precise and adjust it to the preferences, age and interests of the user;
  • g) adjust the content of websites to the user’s preferences and optimize the use of websites;
  • h) re-enable pop-up windows when a specified time has expired;
  • i) manage cache to make websites load faster.
  1. The Website may use the following types of cookies:
  • a) “necessary” cookies which make it possible to use the services available as part of the Website;
  • b) cookies which are supposed to guarantee safety;
  • c) cookies which make it possible to collect information about the way in which the Website is used;
  • d) “functional” cookies which make it possible to “remember” settings selected by the user, e.g. the region that the user comes from or what the Website and its elements look like;
  • e) “advertising” cookies which make it possible to display advertisements which are better suited to users’ interests;
  • g) “permanent” cookies (they stay on the device when you close the browser and the session ends, they expire after one year) and “session” cookies (they stay on the device when you close the browser and the session ends, they are used to save session information);
  • i) “analytical” cookies which collect information about the way in which visitors use our website, the type of website which directed visitors to our website, the number of hits and the time users spend on our website. To do that, we use a solution from Google Analytics.
  1. When you are using the Website, cookies from third parties, such as Google (Google Analytics files) and Facebook, may be stored on your final device via the browser installed on it.  More information about such cookies can be found on the websites of the aforementioned third parties.
